When Drafting a Rejection Letter before Interview

- Allow the candidates to know as early as possible: If you know from the moment that you browse over a certain application that they are not a suitable match for the advertised job, it’s good to let them know as early as possible. A post-interview rejection email or letter refers to a document that confirms or informs a job applicant that they weren’t selected for a position even after getting interviewed.
